Currently showing in the cafe area on the ground floor of Resource for London is a photographic exhibition by Charlotte Hockton. 28,395 is the number of migrants who made the perilous journey in boats across the English Channel to seek safety in the UK in 2021.

The photographs explore the conflict shared by all those forced to leave their own country for another. They are about the pull of home, the loss of all left behind blending into the fear and hope for life in the new land, a place of mystery.
