The Resource for London Team

Resource for London, the charity, is managed by a Board of Trustees who are committed to providing high quality services and facilities for the voluntary and social sector at below market level affordable rates.  The day-to-day management of the building and services are provided by the Ethical Property Company. 

The EPC staff team at Resource for London are dedicated to providing the best service for our tenants and conference/meeting space users. Find out more about them below:


Mark Deakin, Centre Manager
Mark graduated with a degree in History in 2006. He joined the Resource for London team in September 2014.

Tomas Sonoiki, Facilities Manager
Tomas joined the Resource for London team in November 2014 after completing his Diploma in Digital Film Production in May 2014. He has previously worked as a Store Manager for Superdrug plc and for the Octavia Foundation Charity.

Ana Tapia, Conference Sales Co-ordinator
Ana graduated in 2004 with a Foundation Degree in Environmental Health and in 2010 with a Bachelor’s Degree (Hons) in Business and Tourism. She joined the Resource for London team in March 2022.

Alejandra Montoya, Receptionist Alejandra joined the Resource for London in February 2022. Completed Bachelor’s Degree in Airline & Airport management in 2019. Has previously worked in administration for various companies.

Ciprian Dragomir, Facilities Support Assistant
Ciprian graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree (Baccalaureate 9 subjects) in June 1987. He joined the Resource for London team in September 2014. He previously worked as Facilities Administrator at Breast Cancer Care and as an Assistant Facilities Manager at British Film Institute (National Film Theatre).

Brian Sheenan, Facilities Support Assistant
Brian joined Resource for London in 2014. His role includes conference management and building maintenance.  

Mike Butler, Consultant Mike has worked at Resource for London since 2010. He has over 30 years experience of the voluntary sector and leads on fundraising, exhibitions and projects at the charity.
