Resource for London is a registered charity and a centre owned by Trust for London and managed by Ethical Property, providing a wide range of flexible and affordable office spaces to the voluntary sector.

Features of the centre include 24/7 secure access, staffed reception and centre management team, communal breakout spaces on each floor, a café, kitchen and shower facilities, bike racks, fully accessible lifts, and superfast broadband. Working here also means that tenants can make use of a variety of hireable conference, meeting and event spaces at discounted rates.

The centre is home to a fantastic community of like-minded organisations, and the satisfaction of our tenants with the property management team has been rated an amazing 100% (excellent /good).

What’s included?

Rent, maintenance and management, reception, office services such as utilities, office cleaning, WiFi and broadband, waste, recycling, fire and security provision, and phone lines.

What is not included?

Tenants are responsible for furnishings, contents insurance, photocopying, phone calls, and use of any meeting rooms required (tenants benefit from a 15% discount). Business rates are also charged separately, at the charity rate relief level.
