Resource for London has fully serviced, unfurnished offices available to rent from 200-2,000 sq ft. The Centre is fully accessible with 2 lifts and a small kitchen on each floor.
There is a secure entry system on each floor and reception is staffed throughout the day.
Each office has storage facilities.
Rent is subsidised and there are no rates to pay.
The Centre is already home to organisations like People in Aid, the Evelyn Oldfield Unit, the Sheila McKechnie Foundation, Irish Travellers in Britain, Aditus, Penrose Housing and Barnsbury Housing Association.
