We know how important it is to keep delegates alert and refreshed throughout the day and our in-house caterers, Cooks & Partners, will ensure their needs are met.

Cooks and Partners

Cooks and Partners will provide all the catering for your event from refreshment breaks with homemade pastries and cakes to finger and fork buffet lunches. With reception options of canapés and food bowls and delicious seasonal seated lunch and dinner menus, the catering team will work with you to ensure you have the perfect menu to suit your event and guests.

All ingredients are carefully sourced from local supplies, always in season, with healthy options, often organic or Fair Trade, and sourced from sustainable stocks. Vegetarian, vegan, halal and a wide range of ethnic options are  available.

All of the tea, coffee and sugar are fairtrade and we are continually improving the catering in line with Resource for London’s ethical policy.

The Resource Café

The Resource Café, located on the ground floor, provides a great environment for you to take the weight off your feet and mind.

Come and join us in our bright and vibrant café, indulge yourself with one of our homemade scrumptious cakes served with Union Hand Roasted Coffee or choose one of our great tasting sandwiches or salads.
